Your screenplay is now a film: everything new in Frameliq

Paste a screenplay, get a storyboard. Plus a real editing timeline, characters that stay consistent, and new models.

Hey there,

It's been a while since our last update — because we've been heads-down shipping the biggest upgrades Frameliq has ever had. Here's what you can do on the platform right now:

Import your screenplay, get your film

The new Writer tab lets you paste a full screenplay and Frameliq parses it scene by scene — faithfully, without rewriting your words — then builds your storyboard straight from it. Your script drives the shots, the prompts, everything. If you've ever wanted true script-to-video, this is it.

One prompt → a planned film

Don't have a script? Type a single idea and Autopilot plans the entire film for you — story, beats, scenes, and shots — ready for you to refine. Then edit anything with plain English: tell Frameliq what to change and it applies it across the whole film.

Characters that actually stay consistent

The new Continuity Engine makes sure your characters look like themselves in every single shot. Frameliq auto-generates reference sets and threads identity, wardrobe, and appearance through the whole film — no more "who is that in scene 4?" moments. The Continuity Studio gives you one screen to run your entire film flow, with per-shot control over prompt, model, and duration.

A real editing timeline

The all-new Composer is a proper editing bench: trim clips directly on a filmstrip, add dissolve transitions, lay in audio tracks with waveforms, and scrub with frame-accurate playback. Full undo/redo and keyboard shortcuts included. Your exports got better too — dissolves render right in, aspect ratios stay correct, and audio mixes in your browser.

Series, not just films

Making something episodic? Group your work into episodes and carry your characters and world across them with the portable Series Bible — export it from one project, import it into the next.

New models onboard

We've added Nano Banana 2 (plus a faster Lite version) for images and Seedance 2 Mini for video — more looks, more control, better price-per-shot. And there's now a cost estimate on every shot before you generate, so no surprises.

Small quality-of-life stuff shipped too: sign in with Google, and monthly subscribers can now switch to annual (and save) right from billing.

Got a film, music video, or ad you've made with Frameliq? Reply to this email — we'd genuinely love to see it.
