Work on your AI film project with your existing Claude or ChatGPT subscription
Connect in two minutes, plan a new film, or edit existing prompts and save on your Story credits.
Hi there,
If you already pay for Claude or ChatGPT, you can now write your whole film from a chat. Connect Frameliq once, describe the film you want, and the story, cast, script, storyboard prompts and shot prompts land in a real Frameliq project.
Here's Claude reviewing a finished project and rewriting all of its Composer shot prompts:
Connect it in about two minutes
Every assistant uses the same server address:
https://www.frameliq.com/api/mcp
In Claude (claude.ai)
- Open Customize → Connectors → Add → Add custom connector.
- Name it Frameliq and paste the address above.
- Choose Sign in now, then Use your own OAuth client. Enter the client ID eKDyz5dAfmM66yyM and leave the secret blank.
- Approve the Frameliq sign-in screen.
- In a new chat, turn on the Frameliq connector and ask for a film.
In ChatGPT (web)
- Turn on Developer mode in Settings → Security and login.
- Open Plugins → Add → Create MCP App. Name it Frameliq, paste the address, and choose OAuth.
- Under Advanced OAuth settings, choose User-Defined OAuth Client. Enter the client ID 1hfCESLs2MYJmDmk, leave the secret blank, set the token endpoint auth method to none, and select only the openid, email and offline_access scopes.
- Approve the Frameliq sign-in screen, then add Frameliq from the tools menu in a chat.
Custom connectors work on every Claude plan (Free allows one). In ChatGPT you need Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise or Edu. The full guide is at frameliq.com/integrations.
What you can ask it to do on a new film
- "Make a two-minute sci-fi short about a lighthouse keeper who picks up a signal. Stop after the logline so I can check it." It creates the project, sets the genre and storyboard style, and writes the idea, logline, synopsis and world.
- Build the cast and places. They go into your project bible, so Storyboard and Composer use them.
- Write the beats, then the screenplay scenes with dialogue. Or paste a screenplay you've already written and it imports it word for word.
- Plan the storyboard: a frame prompt, camera and cast for every panel.
- Import the storyboard into Composer and write a motion prompt for each shot, matched to the video model you picked.
What you can ask it to do on a film you've already started
- "Review my project and tell me what's weak before you change anything." It reads the story, cast, beats, script, frames and shots.
- Fix continuity: a character whose name or look drifts between scenes, lighting that jumps, a prop that disappears.
- Rewrite every frame prompt or every Composer prompt in one pass, like in the clip above.
- Add a character, a place or a missing beat, or delete the ones you don't need.
- "Undo that last change." Every edit gets an undo id that lasts 30 days, and undo restores only what the assistant changed.
The assistant follows Frameliq's own craft rules for each stage, like how to describe a character's look so it holds in every frame, and how to write a motion prompt for the video model you chose. It never overwrites text you changed in the app after it last read the project, and any Frameliq tab you have open updates as its edits land. When it's time for stills, video or voices, it sends you a link and you generate them in Frameliq as usual.
Keep your Story credits for later
When Frameliq writes for you inside the app, it spends Story credits. When Claude or ChatGPT does the writing, it runs on your assistant subscription instead, so it costs zero Story credits. So you can use a better writing model like Opus 5.5 yet retain the power of the story engine's rules and consistency!
Let your assistant do the long passes, like a full script rewrite, a second draft of the beats or a review of every prompt, and save your monthly Story credits for quick edits in the app.
Other Smaller things you'll notice
- Seedance 2.5 is in Composer, with 4 to 30 second takes up to 1080p.
- H3 Max Extend continues the previous shot, so two clips play back to back.
- GPT Image 2.5 (Flare and Sunburst) sits beside GPT Image 2 in Storyboard, Writer, Cast & places and the image editor.
- You can upload your own photos as reference angles in Cast & places.
- Composer has a Clear timeline button and a One shot per frame toggle for storyboard import, which it now remembers.
MCP needs a paid Frameliq plan
The integration works on every paid plan, including the one you already have. On Free, pick one of these:
- Creator, $19/mo: 500 Story credits a month, 10 projects and up to 120 beats. You add your own fal key for images and video.
- Creator Plus, $29/mo: the same, plus 800 Media credits a month, so frames, video and voices work with no fal account.
Tell us what you asked your assistant to make. We are available on X at @frameliq or on email at team@tinkerbrains.com!
Happy filmmaking,
The Frameliq Team
